In 1979, Platford Corporation developed its first construction project, an industrial office/warehouse building in Wauconda. Over the past 25 years, Platford has become a leader in the development of small office/warehouse units, with over a million square feet of space in Lake, McHenry, and Dupage Counties, and Racine County, Wisconsin.

During this period, Platford expanded its operations to include Commercial and Industrial General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build. We strongly feel that our experience as developers enables us to work successfully with outside clients.
